"The Blades Are In Process"

Hi Folks,
Here's what was accomplished between Saturday, and yestarday.
The 1st. opp. was to mill 1/2 of the profile. (Saturday)
After a quick fixture adjustment the 2nd. opp was completed. (yesterday)
I'm at the shop now adding the rough blade grinds to both sides of the blades.

And here are the pics of todays mission.
The 1st. one shows the profiled blade in the fixture I made to add the grinds. To add the grinds to the opposite side I flip the blade to the left, and turn on the mirror image function in the machining center control for the "X" axis.
The 2nd. photo shows a blade all roughed out.
I hope you're enjoying the WIP on these,

Thanks guys.
I know it seems like these are taking a loooong time, but I'm doing all I can to keep up progress.
I will be leaving for Centeral VT this Thursday for some needed R&R, but will return sometime on Saturday.

Thanks Gary,
I'm actually going with some old friends, and leaving the family behind. Well Denver the dog is going.
It's an annual B'day party for one friend, and I've never made it.
My Wife has gone the last 2 years, and TOLD me I'm going this year.
It's not a kid friendly atmosphere, and as our youngest is 8 it just hasn't been feasible for the Wife and a I to go together.
While I'll miss them all, I imagine a few kid/wife free days might be relaxing......
